Introducing our new Customer Portal
The AASA has recently introduced a new online customer portal aimed at helping our customers keep track of their licences and details held with the AASA.
As this is a completely new system tailored to the unique business of the AASA, we hope you can bear with us as we work through any inevitable teething issues.
Getting started with the portal is as simple as finding the Licence, Permit or Application form you wish to apply for.
First Time Customers
If you are a first time customer of the AASA, it is as easy as clicking the NEW APPLICANT button on your licence application form (shown below). This will reveal a clean form for you to populate and submit. Once complete, you will be sent not only confirmation of your application, but also a welcome email to our system. This welcome email will include your username and password to be used for future applications or renewals.
If you already hold a AASA licence, we will be importing existing customer records into our new system. This means that technically our system will have created a username and password for you, which you will not have received.
Please note: Existing licence and customer records will be uploaded during June 2019. Until that time, all applications should be entered as New Applications following the process above.
Your username will be your email address that you signed up for your previous application with.
Your password can simply be reset by visiting our forgotten password page here.
If you have any issues, please dont hesitate to contact us here.
Coming shortly to our portal will be the ability to login and monitor your AASA account.
This will allow you to to things such as keeping your details up to date, downloading previous applications, viewing the status of pending applications, and much much more. This system will be rolled out over the coming weeks.
Going forward, all Licence applications (except day licences) will require a licence photo to be uploaded at the time of the application. This photo will be printed directly to your licence. Please ensure that your photo is of good quality and is similar in style to your password or existing drivers licence photo.
Please note: Day Licence, Karting Day Licence, Special Event Licence, Off Road Single Event Licence, do not require a profile picture.
Officials & Media
Officials & Media applications are still currently using our old system. You will not be required to login to complete these applications as per normal. Simply complete the required form and submit.
Rollout of Officials & Media to our new system will be happening over the coming months.
Vehicle Passport applications are still currently using our old system. You will not be required to login to complete these applications as per normal. Simply complete the required form and submit.
Rollout of Vehicle Passports to our new system will be happening over the coming months.
Currently only the Club Racing Licence supports junior applications online. All other junior licences should be applied for via our junior licence page.
We expect to have all Junior Licence applications up and running online during the month of June.
